Don't you love getting a little something extra in your order?  So do we!  That's why we include a little sample of one of our amazing foot care products in every order.  

But nobody likes surprises when it comes to shipping.  So we've made it really simple.

Shipping Costs & How We Ship

Your shipping in the continental US is always $5.00 for Ground shipping, unless your order is $75 or more, and then it's completely free!*  We ship via UPS Ground, UPS Surepost or USPS Mail.

Ground shipping will reach you within 5-10 business days from the day you place your order.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military have a flat rate cost of $10.00. (Sorry, free shipping is not available to these locations.)

**PLEASE NOTE: In light of COVID-19, we have temporarily removed the Priority Shipping option. As a small business we continue to fulfill and ship all online orders via Ground Shipping and greatly appreciate your order.**

Need your order in a hurry?  Choose Priority Shipping  and your order will be pushed to the front of the line and processed first. Priority shipping will reach you within 3-5 business days (not including the day your order ships) once your order has shipped.  We do not offer Priority shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military at this time.

Priority Shipping cost is based on your order total:

$0 - $49.99 = $10
$50 - $74.99 = $13
$75 - $99.99 = $15
$100 - $149.99 = $20
$150 - $249.99 = $25 
$250 - $399.99 = $30
$400+ = will be calculated at checkout

*Please remember that there is no shipping on weekends or federal holidays, and orders with Gift-Wrap may require an additional business day to ship.


Tracking Information

Need tracking information?  Watch for a Shipping Notification email in your inbox that will include your Tracking Number and the carrier we've used. You can also check Order History, where all order-related information is stored.

Shipping Address Changes

We understand that from time to time a customer may accidentally submit an order with the wrong shipping address.  Please contact us as soon as possible if that happens to you.  If the shipment has not yet left our warehouse, we can easily change the address. 

Once a shipment is sent out,  it becomes a little more difficult.  If it's a weekend, or after normal business hours, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.  During normal business hours, we may be able to contact the shipping company and request a shipping address change for you, but  you will need to pay a small fee for the changes of address.  


Shipping Internationally?

We can ship to most countries, but our website won't take international orders.  Please read our International Order Information, and contact us directly with your order.
