Ginger is such a remarkable spice. It's chock-full or anti-oxidants, helping to even skin tone and improving elasticity. Cinnamon has long been known for its skin plumping properties and the way it helps fight acne. 

Add the natural  antibacterial and antioxidant  properties of Cardamom and you've got an incredibly fragrant massage and bath oil that you'll make again and again.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup grated fresh ginger
4 Cardamoms, cracked open
1" piece of Cinnamon, broken into several small pieces.
1/4 olive oil
Zest of one orange

Directions:

Warm olive oil in a small saucepan.  Add Ginger, Cardamoms and Cinnamon and let slowly simmer for 20 minutes.  Remove from heat and add orange zest.  Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.  

Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bottle.

Can be used for a warming massage, or as a bath oil that will leave you smelling amazing.

Will keep for two weeks, refrigerated.
