Mint is bursting out of the ground right now and it's the perfect time to harvest a handful and combine it with some plain yogurt and oats for an amazing scrub that you can use anywhere.

Yogurt naturally contains lactic acid that helps remove old, dry skin and mint has been used for years to help revive dry skin, and to help alleviate some of the symptoms of acne.  Add in oats, and you've got a trifecta of goodness!


Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, rough-chopped and crushed with a muddler or wooden spoon
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp Oats

Instructions

Blend the mint, yogurt and oats.  Pat onto skin, and let sit for a few minutes.  Gently scrub the mixture all over, then rinse well.  Your skin should look, feel and smell amazing!
