Questions About Shopping

What does shipping cost?
Our shipping is $5.00 for Ground Shipping, and we offer free Ground Shipping on orders of $35 or more in the Continental US only.  Click here for more details.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship most orders via UPS Ground, UPS Surepost or USPS Mail.  We ship orders within 1-business day and they will reach you within 5-10 business days once your order has shipped.

Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes, we do offer Priority Shipping which will reach you within 3-5 business days once your order ships. Priority Shipping is based on your order total, so click here to view pricing and to learn more. 

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Watch for a Shipping Notification email in your inbox, that will include your Tracking Number and the carrier we've used. If you can't find that email, login to your account and check your Order History, where all order related information is stored.

What happens if I realize I used the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.  If the order is still in our warehouse, we can easily change the address.  Once it has been shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address, but you should expect to pay a small change fee.  It's a good reminder to always check your shipping address carefully before you submit your order! 

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to Canada and several other countries, but you won't be able to place your order online. Click here to read more about placing an international order.  Sorry, there are no returns of any items once they leave the United States.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! We love making a gift look pretty, so we are happy to gift wrap your order for just $5. Click here to see how we will wrap your item. Some items are already gift wrapped so be sure to watch "Already Gift Wrapped" icon

Do you offer online coupons / promo codes?
We occasionally offer online promotion code offers. To be notified of any promos or sales, click here to sign up for our monthly email.  Only one promotional code can be used per order and promo codes cannot be used on previous purchases. 

Where do I enter in my promotion code on your website?
After you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you may enter in the promotion code on the Shopping Cart page. The promotion code box is located towards the bottom of the page under the below the SPECIAL OFFER CODES section. Be sure to click the "Add" button after you typed in the promo code.  

I'm not comfortable ordering online. Can I call in my order?
Certainly.  Just call us toll-free at 888-445-3368 between 8:30-4:30 CST Monday-Friday, or email us anytime at [email protected]  We respect your privacy and never share your information with anyone.  We also follow best practices and use SSL encryption on our site (read more about  our security policy).  But we know that some people just prefer to talk to a real human being, and we're happy to help.

How do I find your products locally?
Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and let us know what product you are looking for and what your zip code is. We will search our database and email you back to let you know.

Can you notify me when an out of stock product becomes available again?
We'd be happy to.  Just click here to send us an email. Be sure to let us know what product you're interested in and we'll contact you just as soon as it's back in stock.
