Warm Healing Spa Soak

Ingredients:

½ cup Epsom Salts
2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
5 drops Sage Essential Oil

Equipment:

Footbath

Instructions:

Fill footbath with warm water, and add salts and oils. Soak 10 minutes. If making for a bath double all ingredients. Tea Tree and Sage Essential oils are known for their antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial effects. Peppermint is good for the digestive system, and offers benefits even when used topically. For those times when body and soul feel just worn and torn - this is one of my favorite soaks, and well worth spending the time to get the essential oils.
