Do you have a printed catalog?

Sorry, we do not have any printed catalogs at this time. 

What does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping is $6.99 for Ground Shipping in the Continental US, and we offer free Ground Shipping on orders of $75 or more.  Click here for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to Canada and several other countries, but you won't be able to place your order online.  Please contact us at 402-339-8825 or customerservice@gildentree.com to get more information. Sorry, there are no returns of any items once they leave the United States.

How can I find out about new products?

We always announce new products via email, and on our Facebook page.  You can sign up for email , or like us on Facebook so you'll always be the first to know!

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship most in-stock orders within 48 hours, through UPS or USPS from Omaha, NE, which usually takes 5 business days or less in the continental United States. If you need your order more quickly, please select Priority shipping.  

Can I track my order?

Yes. Watch for a Shipping Notification email in your inbox, that will include your Tracking Number and the carrier we've used. If you can't find that email, check your Order History, where all order-related information is stored.
