Can I return merchandise?
Within 30 days of receipt, you may return products you've ordered from gildentree.com for a full product refund. These items must be unopened and in new condition. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, that are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept returns over 60 days.
What if I received something as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which can be used at any time toward your purchases at gildentree.com.
The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry - we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
How do I start?
E-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@gildentree.com with the order number from your packing slip. We'll e-mail you back with an RA number, which you must write on the package.
Carefully re-pack the product with your packing slip and return it to us through an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to the address below.
Please be sure to keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost.
When should I get my refund?
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit card will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods in our warehouse.
