I pick classic waffle weave towels as my favorite. It is thin and it has clean look, but it is very absorbent and quick dry. It does not shed like terrycloth, so I can wash them with my other laundry also. This is a big plus to save laundry time. -Mika

I heard from a girlfriend that the hand towel was really great to wrap around your hair after a shower. I tried it and she's right - it's perfect. I always used two bath towels - one for me and one for my wet hair, but now I just use the hand towel on my hair instead.
