The best news we've heard in a long time is that chocolate is actually good for you! So why not capitalize on a healthy trend and have a chocolate-themed party? Invitations can include a small bar of chocolate to whet guests’ appetites.
Food & Beverages - In this party, you offer guests a sampling of fabulous chocolates in courses. You’ll need to have at least three small trays with a sampling of chocolate and present each one with a little flourish. I like to have at least two kinds of chocolate on each tray, enough for each person to at least one piece. You can offer hot chocolate to drink, but sparkling water or juices seem to enhance the enjoyment of the chocolates more.
Music - the soundtrack from the movie "Chocolat" is a natural, and any vintage French "café" music is great too. Try "French Café" from Putomayo, or the soundtrack from the movie “French Kiss.”
Treatments - Offer manicures and pedicures - with dark chocolate brown nail polishes.
